About Us
Managing General Agent of MoneyWise Financial Decisions, Carlos N. Gonzalez, LUTCF has 30+ years as a licensed insurance agent in the Rio Grande Valley and the last 9 years specializing in Medicare health plans such as Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans.
At MoneyWise Financial Decisions our focus is, "Your Medicare Made Easy!" We serve the needs of those 65 and older by providing accurate and reliable information regarding the protection, preservation, and growth of their income and assets.
Currently, I lead a team of outstanding insurance sales professionals in the Rio Grande Valley that I have the privilege of supporting, training, and developing. I also have responsibilities in recruiting, local area marketing, relationship building and networking with physicians and clinics, and local compliance oversight of our agents. My twice qualifying for membership in the Million Dollar Round table highlights my sales expertise in life insurance sales. My history of a non-profit board of directors' presidencies exemplifies my commitment to my professional association, church organizations, cub scouts, Jaycees. My LUTCF professional designation reveals the commitment I have towards my own continuing professional development.

Our History
In 1752, Benjamin Franklin co-founded the first American insurance agency to provide coverage for Americans in the event of a large fire. Centuries later, those insurance policies have grown into the protections that exist today. Just like Franklin, we know accidents happen… and without insurance coverage, your livelihood can forever be affected when tragedy strikes.
